Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of CHILL BOX, including its movies, series, micro dramas, profiles, subscriptions, downloads, rewards, referrals and Creator Studio features.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing, registering for or using CHILL BOX, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials, device access and profile PINs secure and for activity performed through your account.
Features available to minors or Kids profiles may be restricted based on age, profile settings, content ratings and parental controls.
3. Profiles and Account Security
CHILL BOX may allow multiple profiles, Kids profiles and profile-level controls. You are responsible for managing profiles associated with your account and for preventing unauthorized access.

4. Entertainment Content and Availability
CHILL BOX may provide movies, series, episodes, micro dramas, trailers and other entertainment content. Content availability can vary over time because of licensing, rights, geographic availability, product changes, technical requirements or other legitimate reasons.
Some content or features may require an active subscription or other eligible entitlement.
5. Personal and Permitted Use
Unless expressly permitted otherwise, CHILL BOX and its content are provided for personal, lawful and non-commercial viewing through supported CHILL BOX services.
You must not:
- copy, redistribute, sell or publicly exhibit protected content without authorization;
- circumvent digital-rights, access-control or security mechanisms;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or services;
- use automated or abusive methods to manipulate rewards, referrals, views or platform activity;
- use CHILL BOX for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.
6. Subscriptions and Premium Access
CHILL BOX may offer subscription plans or premium access with prices, billing periods and features shown in the app or applicable app store. Available plans and pricing may change over time.
Where subscriptions are purchased through Google Play, billing, renewals, cancellation, payment authorization, applicable taxes and related store processes are also subject to Google Play's applicable terms and policies.
7. Renewal, Cancellation and Expiry
Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable billing provider before renewal. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal and does not necessarily end an already-paid access period immediately, except where required by law or applicable store rules.
Access may also change because of expiry, payment failure, account hold, grace-period rules, refunds or entitlement changes processed by the applicable billing provider.
8. Payments, Refunds and In-App Purchases
Payments made through an app store are processed by that store or its authorized payment providers. Refund eligibility and processing may be governed by the applicable store's rules, applicable law and the nature of the transaction.
You should review the price and purchase details displayed before confirming any transaction.
9. Advertising
Some versions, tiers or areas of CHILL BOX may include advertisements. Advertising availability and presentation may vary depending on account, profile, region, subscription status, device and applicable consent or privacy choices.
10. Offline Downloads
Eligible content may be available for temporary offline viewing through CHILL BOX. Downloads remain subject to content rights, subscription status, account eligibility, expiry rules, device limitations and other technical or licensing restrictions.
Downloaded media is not sold or transferred to you as an unrestricted permanent copy.
11. Rewards, OTT Coins and Referrals
Rewards, OTT Coins, streak benefits, referral rewards, coupons and promotional benefits may be subject to eligibility requirements, limits, expiry conditions, fraud-prevention checks and program rules.
Rewards have only the value and permitted use described within CHILL BOX and do not represent cash, stored money or a bank balance unless explicitly stated otherwise.
CHILL BOX may reject, reverse or restrict rewards obtained through abuse, manipulation, duplicate activity, fraud or violation of program rules.
12. Creator Studio
Eligible users may be able to access Creator Studio features for content upload, management, analytics, revenue information, wallet information or payout-related functionality.
Creator access may require identity or KYC verification and compliance with applicable content, rights, safety, payment and platform requirements.
13. Creator Content and Rights
Creators are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary ownership, permissions, licences and rights for content they submit. Uploading copyrighted, unlawful, infringing or unauthorized material is prohibited.
Content may be reviewed, restricted, rejected, blocked, archived or removed where reasonably necessary for rights, safety, moderation, policy, legal or platform-integrity reasons.
14. Service Availability and Changes
CHILL BOX may update, improve, discontinue or modify features, interfaces, content availability and technical systems. Temporary interruptions may also occur because of maintenance, network conditions, third-party services, security incidents or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
15. Intellectual Property
The CHILL BOX name, branding, software, interfaces, designs and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Content available through CHILL BOX may also belong to licensors, creators or other rights holders.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of CHILL BOX intellectual property or third-party content to users.
16. Suspension and Termination
Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, rights infringement or other legitimate platform-protection reasons.
17. Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account using the available in-app deletion flow or, where you cannot access the app, through the public account-deletion process.

18. Privacy
Our collection, use, protection and retention of personal information is described in the CHILL BOX Privacy Policy.
19. Disclaimer
CHILL BOX is provided subject to applicable law and may depend on internet connectivity, compatible devices, third-party infrastructure, app-store services and content availability. We do not guarantee that every feature or item of content will always be available without interruption.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CHILL BOX will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
21. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections available to you remain unaffected.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when CHILL BOX features, business practices, legal requirements, platform policies or services change. The current version will display an updated “Last Updated” date.
Where required, additional notice may be provided for material changes. Continued use of CHILL BOX after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
