Delete Your CHILL BOX Account
You can permanently delete your CHILL BOX account from the app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account and associated-data deletion using the external request option below.
Delete directly in the app
Open CHILL BOX and go to Profile → Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. Follow the identity-verification and permanent-deletion confirmation steps.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access CHILL BOX, send an account-deletion request to support@chillboxtv.com. Use the email address associated with your account where possible, or identify the registered phone number or account email that needs to be deleted.
Request Account DeletionNever send your password, OTP, payment-card PIN, secret keys or other unnecessary sensitive credentials by email. CHILL BOX may request reasonable verification before completing a deletion request.
Data removed or de-identified
When a valid permanent-deletion request is completed, CHILL BOX removes or de-identifies account-linked data that is not required to be retained. This can include account/profile information, watchlists and viewing activity, search and discovery activity, settings and device/session records, rewards/referral data, and removable Creator Studio/KYC/upload data associated with the account.
Records that may need to be retained
Some transaction, subscription, refund, creator payout, tax, fraud-prevention, moderation, security or audit records may be retained where legitimately required. Retained records are limited, and personal data is removed or de-identified where appropriate.
